Policies and
booking terms.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Regular appointments are held for up to 24 hours while payment is pending. Bridal and private group bookings are held for up to 72 hours. Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received. If payment is not received within the applicable hold period, the date or appointment time may be released back to the calendar.

Regular appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Bridal, private group, masterclass, and event bookings are subject to the separate terms outlined below.

If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, your deposit is forfeited and the appointment is cancelled. Rebooking will require a new deposit.

I hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at my discretion, with no refund of the deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate this before leaving your appointment. Concerns raised after the fact cannot be addressed with a refund.

Bridal dates may be held for up to 72 hours while the required booking deposit is pending. The wedding date is confirmed only once the deposit is received and the applicable booking terms are accepted. One bridal trial is included with a confirmed bridal booking and may be scheduled after confirmation. If you would prefer to experience Atelier Sol. before committing to your wedding date, a standalone bridal trial may be booked and paid separately; booking a standalone trial does not reserve the wedding date. If you confirm your bridal booking within 7 days after the standalone trial, the amount paid for the trial will be applied toward your bridal package, provided your wedding date remains available. Bridal cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Bridal quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Private group bookings may be held for up to 72 hours while the required deposit is pending and are confirmed once the deposit is received. Final headcount and service selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the booking. After the final headcount is confirmed, reductions or individual cancellations do not reduce the agreed booking total. Any request to move the group booking is subject to availability and may require a new deposit depending on the timing of the request.

It is your responsibility to disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Atelier Sol. is not liable for any reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. If you have a known sensitivity, please bring your own preferred products.

I reserve the right to refuse or modify service if a client arrives with an active skin condition, infection, or open wound in the area to be worked on. This is for your safety and mine. Your deposit will be held for rescheduling in these circumstances.

With your consent, photographs or short videos may be taken of your finished look. Identifiable images will only be shared publicly for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes with your permission. You are always welcome to decline photography or request that your images not be published, and doing so will not affect your service.

Out of respect for the intimate nature of the Atelier Sol. experience, appointments are private. Please do not bring additional guests unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

Signature appointments may take place at the Atelier Sol. studio in Brossard or at your location, depending on the service selected. Mobile appointments are subject to a travel fee of CA$20 plus CA$1.50 per kilometre from the Brossard studio, unless a custom travel quote is provided. Any paid parking, valet charges, tolls, or similar access costs required for on-location service are the client's responsibility. Travel fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are non-negotiable.

Spots are reserved upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified at registration. Spots are non-transferable without prior written approval. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a credit toward a future event. No refunds are issued within 14 days of the event.
