Policies and
booking terms.

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. These policies exist to protect your experience and mine. If you have any questions, reach out at hello@ateliersol.co.

Search

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. Atelier Sol. reserves the right to release your date if payment is not received within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in full forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed.

If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, your deposit is forfeited and the appointment is cancelled. Rebooking will require a new deposit.

I hold your appointment for 15 minutes. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at my discretion, with no refund of the deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate this before leaving your appointment. Concerns raised after the fact cannot be addressed with a refund.

Bridal bookings require a deposit to hold your wedding date. A trial session is strongly recommended and must be booked separately. Bridal cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Bridal quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

It is your responsibility to disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. Atelier Sol. is not liable for any reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. If you have a known sensitivity, please bring your own preferred products.

I reserve the right to refuse or modify service if a client arrives with an active skin condition, infection, or open wound in the area to be worked on. This is for your safety and mine. Your deposit will be held for rescheduling in these circumstances.

By booking with Atelier Sol., you consent to photographs being taken of the finished look for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, please notify me in writing before your appointment. Your face will never be shared without a completed look.

Out of respect for the intimate nature of the Atelier Sol. experience, appointments are private. Please do not bring additional guests unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

I travel to your location for all services. A travel fee applies for appointments outside of Greater Montreal. Parking must be available at the location. Travel fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are non-negotiable.

Spots are reserved upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified at registration. Spots are non-transferable without prior written approval. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a credit toward a future event. No refunds are issued within 14 days of the event.
